The competitive advantages and value of BDA are now widely acknowledged and have led to the shifting of focus at many firms from “if and when” to “where and how.” With BDA applications requiring more from IT infrastructures and lines of business demanding higher-quality insights in less time, choosing the right infrastructure platform for Big Data applications represents a core component of maximizing value.
